Whether you are looking to achieve basic PC literacy for beginners, improvers, 'mum' returnees & existing staff through to learning how to edit family photographs; 1-2-1 tuition works with the student at a pace that suits their ability, using simple terminology that does not confuse or frighten.
Recent government legislation regarding employment after 60 means that companies can no longer exclude an applicant from a position because they have reached or are approaching retirement age.
Studies show that the 50-70 age demographic are the hardest working and most loyal group amongst employees, taking on average only one sick day per year and with realistic salary and benefit expectations.
So why is this talent pool not being accessed? The answer is that technology has often overtaken this demographic, but basic computer literacy can be easily achieved with the right approach to training. Our experience shows us that 1-2-1 training in a relaxed environment using our tried and tested method really does work.
